How to Book the ANA ( All Nippon Airways ) Junior Pilot Service under Unaccompanied Airlines Minor Policy
International flights with the ANA Junior Pilot service can only be reserved over the phone; no online bookings will be accepted. Domestic flights can be reserved through the ANA Junior Pilot program. Which can be accessed through the Reservation link on the ANA website or by calling the airline directly.

Please ensure that you bring the completed Consent and Release Form to the airport after you have booked the service. On the day of travel, the parent or guardian of an unaccompanied minor must submit this form at the ANA check-in counter.
The parent or guardian must be at the airport early on the day of the flight to meet the youngster at the ANA check-in counter.
- The self-check-in kiosks are not applicable for domestic flights; instead, passengers must utilize the special help counter to complete their check-in. Make sure to finish the check-in process at least half an hour before your departure.
- Unaccompanied minors are required to check in for foreign flights two hours before departure. The check-in time should be even earlier for travelers who are traveling during the holiday season.
Upon entering the building. For international flights, once check-in is complete, an ANA Junior Pilot holder will be assigned to accompany the unaccompanied minor to the aircraft cabin. Family members or guardians are granted permission to accompany children to the security checkpoint. A member of the flight crew will accompany a parent or guardian to the boarding gate and then lead the youngster to the cabin on domestic flights.
Note
- The unaccompanied youngster may not be permitted to board the flight if there is any possibility of a delay caused by bad weather or other similar circumstances.
- Sitting near exits in case of an emergency is not permitted for unaccompanied minors.
- To assist your child with connecting flights handled by ANA, an ANA crewmember will be on hand. At the transit point, a parent or guardian must be present to assist a kid boarding a connecting flight operated by another airline.
Airport of arrival. A member of the crew will accompany the unaccompanied minor to the arrival lobby once the aircraft has touched down at the destination airport. The release form must be signed by the parent or guardian. Who will be receiving the kid, and a valid identification card must also be produced.
For flights departing from Japan, the adult fare applies and there is no fee for unaccompanied children (ANA). The unaccompanied minor cost varies by route for flights departing from various countries.
