Country Regulations

Travel limitations for unaccompanied minors to Vietnam, the Philippines, and Canada are as follows:

Canada

Travelers under the age of 18 entering Canada, whether accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, are required to bring a Custodian Declaration Form in English or French, which must bear the signatures of the parent or legal guardian. Children who do not have the necessary paperwork will be interviewed by immigration officials.
The names, addresses, and phone numbers of the parents or guardians who will be picking up the kid in Canada and dropping them off at the departure point must also be included on the Custodian Declaration Form.

The Philippines

Any minor under the age of 15 who plans to visit the Philippines without a valid permanent resident card must use the Unaccompanied Minor service and bring the necessary paperwork, which is detailed below.
The following documents are necessary for minors traveling without an adult or with a legal guardian other than a parent:
- A Parental Consent Form (English) that has been notarized.A certificate detailing a family relationship (in English).When you arrive, fill out the Waiver of Exclusion Ground (W.E.G.) application.Identity documents (parent and minor traveling alone).
- A cost of 3,120 PHP (~$60) is required to enter.

Note

A Parental Consent Form or Family Relation Certificate is required for any minor traveling with their mother whose passport does not include the father’s last name.

Vietnam
