Airlines Minor Policy

Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to accessible, plain-language airline minor policy information and how to report a barrier.

Airlines Minor Policy aims to make travel information usable by people with diverse visual, hearing, motor, cognitive and technological needs.

Our approach

We use semantic headings, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, descriptive links, readable contrast, text alternatives and layouts that adapt to zoom and small screens. Animation respects reduced-motion preferences.

Plain language

Airline rules are complex. We explain terms such as operating carrier, codeshare, nonstop and guardian handoff. Checklists support scanning without replacing full context.

Known limitations

External airline and government websites are outside our control. Long policy pages can require substantial navigation. We provide a table of contents and are working to improve summaries and alternative formats.

Feedback

Report the page URL, problem, device or assistive technology if you choose, and the format that would help. Call +1-800-942-0512 or use Contact Us. We aim to provide a reasonable alternative and investigate.

Third-party content

Links and any future booking tools may have separate accessibility support. Contact the responsible provider for an urgent transaction while also telling us about a barrier in our presentation.

Commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing process. A checklist or automated scan cannot replace testing with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, mobile devices and people with disabilities. Statement updated July 16, 2026.
