Step 1. Submit an Application to the UM/YPTA Service
- To confirm your reservation, call the Asiana Reservation Center in your area at least one day before your departure.
- Name and contact information for the legal guardian who will:
  - Leave the kid at the airport where you’re taking off.
  - Gather the infant one up at the airport upon arrival.
Step 2. Complete the UM/YPTA application.
- Get the application form for UM/YPTA.
Step 3. Fill out and submit the UM/YPTA application.
- At the airport check-in desk of the departure city, hand in four copies of the UM/YPTA Application Form.

On the Day of Travel

With the UM/YPTA application form and travel documentation, an adult guardian is required to accompany the Asiana Airlines unaccompanied child to the departure airport’s check-in counter.
From the departure city’s check-in desk to the flight boarding point, a staff member of Asiana Airlines will accompany the child.
Within the Asiana Airlines airplane, the UM/YPTA will be attended to by Asiana’s flight attendants.
The following duties will be performed by an employee of Asiana Airlines upon arrival:
- Escort the youngster off the plane.
- Help the little one with the immigration and baggage claim processes.
- Transfer custody of the kid to the appointed caretaker.
